About Last Frontier 27

Last Frontier 27 began as the name of my sailboat, a Tartan 37. The logo is built around the Tartan emblem, with the "37" representing the model and length of the boat that started this journey. The "3³" hidden within the logo is a reference to the number 27. Over the years, that number has appeared again and again in my life. My son was born on the 27th. I was married on the 27th. My late wife was born on the 27th. Most importantly, 27 was her favorite number, and it was the last thing she said aloud before she passed away. For that reason, the number 27 remains woven into everything represented here. It is a reminder of family, love, adventure, and the people who shape our lives long after they are gone. This site itself is something of an experiment. It began as an opportunity to explore artificial intelligence, web design, and modern technology. Along the way it has become a place to collect stories, projects, adventures, lessons learned, and the things that continue to spark curiosity. Whether by sailboat, motorcycle, technology, or simple exploration, the journey continues.
